If your SAP landscape lacks of a middleware solution like CPI or PI/PO, here is a very good alternative of one time cost. Shine Desk Solutions (SDS) is offering an ABAP-Written-Middleware customizable layer to connect to your PAC via: webservices, API rest or other connector that your PAC requires, the interface file can be IDOC, XML, or Json.

SDS will personalize the mapping of SAP to your interface file to send back and forth messages to the PAC and interoperate with it to transport: Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Payment Complements, Foreign Trade complements, Addendas, Cancelations, etc

  1. This seems like a compelling alternative for SAP landscapes without middleware solutions like CPI or PI-PO. I appreciate the flexibility of using webservices, API rest, or other connectors for PAC connectivity. The ability to handle various interface files such as IDOC, XML, or Json is quite versatile. It’s impressive that SDS offers personalized mapping to ensure seamless SAP-to-PAC communication. However, I’m curious about the scalability of this solution—how well does it adapt to growing business needs? Additionally, could you share more details on the typical implementation timeline? Overall, this seems like a valuable solution for optimizing SAP integrations—what has been the feedback from existing clients?

    1. The typical implementation time line 60 days, but requires team work with the basis team to open some ports of SAP and installation of PAC Certificates.
The feedback from existing clients is satisfied and transparant for them.
